    • ORDERS SHIPPED ARE SIG. REQUIRED
    • DOMESTIC GROUND ORDERS ARE PRIMARILY SHIPPED VIA FEDEX GROUND OR USPS.
    • INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WILL BE PRIMARILY SHIPPED VIA FEDEX ECONOMY OR USPS

    Memo:  Taxes only apply to CA addresses, regardless of dealer location. If drop shipped to CA, CA tax applies.

  • WARRANTY COVERAGE
    WARRANTY COVERAGE If your DNA Merchandise product is defective in material or workmanship and you return it to us within one year from the date of DNA Merchandise invoice unless you can provide DNA Merchandise a valid date of purchase invoice, we will replace it or, at our option, repair it at no charge to you. If we repair the defective part, we may use reconditioned replacement parts or materials. If we replace it, we may replace it with a reconditioned one of the same product, design or number of spokes.
  • WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
    This warranty does not cover any damage to the product caused by accident, misuse, failure to follow installation and operation instructions, misapplication, alteration, or attempted unauthorized repair service by anyone other than DNA Merchandise.
  • LIMITATIONS OF WARRANTY
    Repair or replacement of the product by DNA Merchandise is your sole and exclusive remedy. Implied warranties, including those of fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability, are limited in duration to one (1) year term of this express and limited warranty. We will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages. There are no express warranties, which extend beyond those set forth in this document.
  • RETURNS
    DNA Merchandise does not offer call tags for any return. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization by calling or writing DNA Merchandise to request an RMA number. Parts will only be considered for return if the request is made within 30 days from the date of DNA Merchandise invoice. Incorrect, damaged or missing parts must be reported within 2 working days of the time the products are received. A handling fee will be charged to restock parts unless otherwise specified. DNA Merchandise reserves the right to refuse to issue an RMA at our discretion. Please note all parts returned must be packaged correctly; the customer will be responsible for merchandise damaged in shipping due to inadequate packaging. DNA Merchandise will not be responsible for return freight on overseas orders.
